Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total scheduled service cost.
Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without providing notice ("no-shows"), or who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment, may be charged 100% of the total scheduled service cost.
